Tarren Bragdon is the President and Chief Executive Officer at the Foundation for Government Accountability, which he founded in 2011 to advance policy solutions that open up the American Dream to millions and advance free market principles. Through mid-2021, FGA has achieved more than 400 state policy reform wins in 30+ states as well as 20 big federal policy reforms. Tarren started FGA with just $50k in seed money. In 2020, FGA raised more than $11 million in donations from individuals and foundations. Prior to joining FGA, Tarren served as the chief executive officer at the Maine Heritage Policy Center. He also served in the Maine House of Representatives, and remains the youngest person elected to the Maine Legislature, serving from 1996 to 2000. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maine and a Master of Science of Business from Husson University. A nationally recognized policy expert, Tarren has testified before Congress, various state legislative committees, and numerous national and international conferences. Jonathan is Managing Director of Hillcrest Holdings Inc, a family-owned investment company with entrepreneurial roots dating back to 1955. In this role Jonathan is responsible for the diversification andgrowth of the group's portfolio of businesses. He is President of Great Plains Financial which is the group's insurance operation, and serves on the board of Converged Security Solutions, an IT transformation and security services provider, and Southgate Companies, a real estate investment and development company. He is originally from the United Kingdom and is a graduateof the Universityof Bath School of Management. He has lived in Naples FL since 2018 with his wife Cortney and two young kids who keep him on his toes.

Brett Swanson, MS is a distinguished leader in wellness and aging, currently serving as the Associate Executive Director of Wellness at Moorings Park Communities. With over a decade of experience, he has played a pivotal role in developing and overseeing innovative wellness programs that enhance the quality of life for older adults. Brett has established and managed multiple wellness departments, ensuring resident engagement, satisfaction, and long-term success. A founding member of the newly created Integrated Successful Aging Department, he specializes in exercise physiology, corrective exercise, and orthopedic rehabilitation, holding certifications from the ACSM, NSCA, and Titleist Performance Institute. His expertise extends to strategic planning, contributing to the advancement of wellness initiatives. Recognized for his leadership, Brett has been instrumental in securing the ICAA Pinnacle Award for Best in Wellness Senior Living Communities. Greg Winter was raised on a farm in NE Michigan where he and his brother co-founded Omni Metalcraft Corp. Over the decades that have followed, he has become co-founder, co-owner and a director of multiple manufacturing related businesses that were grown from an idea into profitable companies. Most business units in the portfolio are located in Michigan providing commercial and industrial products and services to US markets. Greg is currently co-founder and Chairman of the non-profit Economic Generator Network. At Florida Gulf Coast University, he currently serves on the School of Entrepreneurship Advisory Board. Greg continues to mentor others in for-profit, non-profit, and faith-based organizations. In Michigan, Greg is a former Executive Committee member of both the Michigan Future Talent Council and Region 3 of the Michigan Regional Prosperity Initiative. He is a past director of Michigan Works! Northeast Consortium Workforce Development Board, Alpena Area Chamber of Commerce and Target Alpena Economic Development Corporation. He was honored as a Fellow of the College by Alpena Community College. Greg was one of seven community leaders recruited to the successful “Economic Development Executive Team” for the purpose of restoring cooperation between Alpena, MI units of local government, local non-profit organizations, and private businesses.
